Breaking down your walls

I hate the nigga and i have never even met him
i don't know what he looks like
all i know is that he built this wall
This wall blocking your emotions
blocking your ability to love
forcing your independence to the point
where even holding a door for you is bad
I truly can say that i want to be with you
Your presence can instantly boost my day
your smile could warm my body
and your embrace can bring tears to my eyes
but only for a moments notice
because as sure as i think yes she"s digging me
I hit a wall and I'm back at one
I don't think they have made the ladder needed
for me to overcome this obstacle
although its hard I'm just going to need you to trust me
give me a chance and i can assure you i will see it to good use
i want to be the one to break down this wall
and see to it that it never rebuilds itself
you have been hurt enough to the point
where the average human would have broke
your my eyes in rough times
my ears in difficult situations
i just want to be your different guy
but until you break down the wall i am only
an observer
